| CITY OF YES! I recently attended a zoning seminar, that i found to be quite interesting. Yes … i know … not a thing for everyone. But this seminar involved NYC’s Mayor’s campaign to increase the construction of housing throughout the city. I work primarily in residential design. And many of my current clients are regular people that have bought or inherited houses that need to be brought into this century. | Democracy is a messy process. Everyone has an opinion and their right to it. And everyone has their own self interests and their right to them. There can, however be … a certain … “i got mines, why should anyone else get theirs?” … to some of the protesting.
